On A Knife Edge

A community event featuring live performances centered around young people and knife crime - inspired by the visit of the 'Knife Angel'.

This event contains reference to both knife crime and violence.

Coinciding with the visit to Gloucester of the national monument the ‘Knife Angel’, this event will feature four young local entrepreneurs with stalls showing and speaking about positive work in the community as well as multiple live performances on the subject of knife crime. It's been organised by Fair Shares in partnership with Gloucester Guild Hall and Pastor Charles.

Live Performances:

"Here He Stood"

A play written by JPDL and produced by Fresh Air Foundations.

"ER"

A play written by Dread MC, Griz-0, Nic Ferguson, Shelina Gordon, JPDL, Rider Shadique and produced by Fresh Air Foundations.

As well as two spoken word pieces, "Knife Sentence" and an untitled work, both by Mr Milise.
