GETTING HERE
In the heart of Gloucester city centre, it is easy to travel to us here at Gloucester Guildhall. We look forward to your visit.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The nearest bus stop to the venue is outside Boots, however, Gloucester Transport Hub is only a 5 minute walk from the venue.
BY FOOT
You can also access the building from Eastgate Street, and use the lift or stairs to the Box Office on the Ground Floor, and then to the Cinema on the First Floor.
BY BICYCLE
There is on-street bicycle parking outside Boots on Eastgate Street, unfortunately we do not have anywhere to store your bike on-site.
BY CAR
Our building is accessible from the Kings Walk car park, there is accessible parking available and an access ramp from the car park to the entrance of the building. Please note that there is no free parking at the venue and you must pay upon departure from the machines in the car park.

ACCESSIBILITY
As a cultural venue for the City, we want to be a venue for everyone. If you would like to discuss your requirements, or have any questions please contact the Box Office team 01452 503050 / guildhall.boxoffice@gloucester.gov.uk.
We aim to respond to requests or queries about access received via email or phone within 48 hours. We are able to use Hearing link services over the phone.
Wheelchair access is available to the Guildhall Box Office, Cinema, Theatre, Galleries, Café Bar, and Toilets from the lift at our Eastgate Street entrance and via the entrance from Kings Walk car park.
In the Cinema we have 7 accessible seating areas of which 4 are available all of the time . Whether you use a wheelchair or require a different seat these spaces are accessible and you can purchase them online or via the Box Office. We have an induction loop in the cinema and currently offer many Descriptively Subtitled screenings, find out more about our programme here.
Accessible Toilets
At The Guildhall we have gender neutral toilets, gender specific toilets and three accessible toilets on site.
Our accessible toilets are for everyone and are gender neutral. You can find these in our Gallery space on Level 2, outside the George Hunt Room, on Level 3, there is a radar key accessible toilet along our main corridor just outside the Bar & Café. The accessible toilet in the Gallery is also where you can find baby changing facilities.
