10.00am-11.15am: OPEN level Contact Improvisation Class (75mins). £5

11.15am-12.00pm: JAM (45mins) Open to all. Come to the class first if this is new to you. £3

Lizzie promotes diverse approaches to practice, open communication, & practicing safe ways to be in contact together.

Lizzie began dancing Contact Improvisation in 2008 at TrinityLaban Dance Conservatoire and have been in love with this improvised, playful dance ever since.
