  • Gloucester Guildhall 23 Eastgate Street Gloucester United Kingdom (map)

Dir: Carlos Saldanha | USA | 2024 | 90 mins

Cast | Zachary Levi, Lil Rel Howery, Zooey Deschanel, Jemaine Clement, Tanya Reynolds, Alfred Molina

The first film adaptation of Harold and the Purple Crayon, the beloved children’s classic that has captivated young readers for decades!

Inside his book, adventurous Harold (Zachary Levi) can make anything come to life simply by drawing it. But after he grows up, drawing himself off the book’s pages and into the physical world, Harold still has a lot to learn about real life. He also finds out that his trusty purple crayon can set off more hijinks than he ever thought possible; and that when the power of unlimited imagination falls into the wrong hands, it will take all his creativity – and that of his friends – to save both the real world and his own.
