No experience is necessary to join in this lively ceilidh, and someone will be on hand to explain the dances, making it a fun and inclusive experience for everyone. You don’t need to bring a partner—just come along and enjoy the music and dancing!
We’re thrilled to announce that Banter will be taking centre stage at the ceilidh, bringing their iconic interpretations of classic songs and dance tunes to make the night unforgettable.
Following in the creative footsteps of the likes of Steeleye Span and La Bottine Souriante, Nina Zella, Simon Care and Tim Walker have lovingly reinvented what defines English Folk. This year the trio have added the multi-instrumentalist skills of Mark Jolley (TradArrr, Tickled Pink) to their line-up and have been receiving rave reviews from around the globe for both their live shows and particularly for their fourth album HEROES. They are currently touring material from their brand-new studio album “Heroes”, alongside some of their old favourites.
Although this is a standing event their will be seating available.
