Limelight Sessions: Benedict Cork, Nana M. Rose, Nick Wilson

  • Gloucester Guildhall 23 Eastgate Street Gloucester United Kingdom (map)

DISCOVER THE STARS OF TOMORROW IN AN INTIMATE, ATMOSPHERIC SETTING

Welcome to Limelight Sessions - an intimate music night based in England and The Netherlands. The idea? That you can be the first to discover the stars of tomorrow, in an intimate and atmospheric setting—think ‘living room in a theater’! So.. if you fancy an enchanting night of music with up-and-coming national and international artists, grab a drink, snuggle up between the fairy lights and beanbags, and enjoy the magic of these storytellers.

BENEDICT CORK

With tours alongside names like Duncan Laurence and Adam Lambert, performances at The Royal Albert Hall, millions of streams on Spotify, and high praise from people like Sir Elton John (who described him as "sensational" and "a name to look out for")... The reason why becomes clear as soon as you hear him. Benedict blends classical piano with catchy pop melodies and has a magical voice that sings about love, identity, and life stories.

NANA M. ROSE

Meet... London-based, Dutch-born singer/songwriter - Nana M.Rose! Alternative pop ballads that Wonderland Magazine describes as ‘powerful, timeless, old-soul vocals that feel at once nostalgic and revolutionary, as she belts poetic lyrics with the utmost control and emotion’. If you’re a fan of Adele, Lana del Rey, Joni Mitchell, Carole King... Then Nana is going to be your new favourite artist!

NICK WILSON
Millions of Spotify streams, a record contract with Gabrielle Aplin’s ‘Never Fade’ records, tours with Ingrid Andress... And when you hear his music, there’s no wonder why Nick Wilson is going from strength to strength. Melancholic indie-folk songs of love and heartache... He blew us away at the Dutch Limelight Sessions - and we couldn’t wait to have him perform for us in Gloucester!
